Where is your new store located?
Our new store is at 117B Beaumont street, Hamilton. Still on the same street as our initial shop, however the other end of Beaumont Street. We are situated 3 doors down from the Commonwealth Bank, near Raj’s Corner.
Do you have an online store?
We don’t yet, but you can find most of our products through our friends East Coast Bongs
Do we price match?
Absolutely. Simply contact us by phone or email and direct us to the website with a cheaper identically stocked item, and we will happily match their price.
What’s the policy for returns, refunds or exchange?
If your order is unused and undamaged, we offer a 7 day exchange policy from the time of delivery. This is store credit only to the amount of the original order.
Do you do Afterpay?
We do not have ‘Afterpay’ due to the nature of our business, however we do provide a Laybuy service where a customer is able to pay for an item over a period of time. Please enquire in store.
